As an Asian, I'd say yuck. This is definitely Americanised Asian, consisting of mostly sugar and ginger. The only palatable items where the Kung Bao brussel sprouts and lettuce wraps. The springrolls were tasteless and rubbish. The Bang Bang chicken was sugar, sugar and more sugar over soggy batter.
The service was GREAT!the food is mediocre... I got the orange chicken. It made me sick on the plane lol. Like... sweaty diarrhea sick LOL- TMI, I know... but if you're looking for a review... may as well be honest!I probably won't go back to any PF Changs... definitely won't go to an airport one.The price is much too high for the food.
If I could give zero stars I would. Just awful. Worst meal ever. Mongolian beef and lo mein noodles that looked like they'd been made the day before and reheated--for way too long. The beef was burnt and the noodles were hard. And the service was even worse. The host continued to carry on a conversation with another airport employee while I stood there waiting to be seated. Then after waiting 15 minutes to get a Blue Moon that I'd ordered online, my server then stood and talked to the patron behind me for 15 minutes about the patron's thoughts on life and travel while I waited and never got the orange slice I asked for for my Blue Moon. And as if it couldn't get any worse, my bill was $40. Pf Changs, you should be horrified.
Food was decent, the lo mein was dry like rubber, (probably someone else's left overs), the Kung Pao was okay but the worst part was the horrible service, it was like we were an inconvenience to the staff. Ffs do your job. I tipped $7 too much, felt bad for the bus boy. Hire more people good Lord. Looks like they are in desperate need of new management. This place lowers the bar for the P.F. Chang chain.
