Walked inside to order because the drive thru is insane and blocks roads and stop signs and 20 mins later after watching soooo many walk ins thinking their drink was ready and it wasn’t. I tried to cancel my order but that was a process. So I just left. 20 mins and no drink. One drink. That’s all I wanted. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I recently had a hip replacement it 's difficult getting in out of my car, dragging a walker in out as well. I ordered a drink in hopes of picking up this year 's Xmas cup. The drive thru was VERY slow (like 15 mins to window w/ 4 customers). When I got to the window, i asked about getting a cup the girl didn 't even know what I was talking about. Trip to manager.... policy is I have to come in to get it . Explained situation I 've always been able to get one in the window b4. Another trip to the mgr.... they can 't hold up the line to show me what they have . My usual store has a great display in the window so drive thru customers can buy their merch. Doesn 't this make sense?? This used to be my go to store, but no more. One locations mistake is another locations profit. It took an hour to get two drinks ordered at the counter, old fashioned style, because starbucks corporate insists on prioritizing mobile orders I guess. The folks behind the counter worked as fast as they could and this isn't a dig at the workers who can't help how many mobile orders come through. Drink quality also unaffected.
Unfortunately I order from this location pretty often because it’s on my way to work. And every single time I drink milk and no coffee. I added the extra shot of espresso and I still got just milk in sugar. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
During a 2nd attempt to go inside to place an order, it was again a disappointment. The waits are excessive and the staff is disorganized. It looks like rating berries next door will be the replacement.
