Wendy's - Tampa

This was my chicken...there is only a small corner of chicken in this, everything else was skin. Who serves this to anyone?

I usually eat here often and always had hot food. But today I was disappointed. The customer service from all staff was outstanding. Except for the grill cook kept looking at me. Because I kept looking at my burger. I was gone talk too the manager before I posted this. I am a lead cook supervisor. I KNOW FOOD; I just dumped it all and left. Damn what A waste of money and I'm still hungry.

The service and management were astonishingly terrible. I can't believe how bad it was. An employee literally yelled at us through the intercom not once, but twice. The first incident happened when I made a simple request for an orange juice after breakfast, asking if it was possible to get one. The second time was when I requested a change to our Biggie Bag deal to add cheese. I was left speechless.

The fries were disappointing; they tasted awful and had no salt at all. I also asked for a straw, but none was provided. Am I supposed to drink the lemonade without it? There was no salt or ketchup offered either. I kept checking to make sure the chicken in the sandwich was cooked properly.

The food was delicious, although it did arrive a bit cold. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience!
