There’s a reason most locals come here, because it’s the best Indian in town, has been for years and continues to be. Family friendly and just make sure you book in the weekends and especially in school holidays or long weekend as it’s extremely popular.
Overnight stay in Taupo. Extensive menu and I was spoilt for choice. So the chappy in charge, Tanaka ? suggested he would make something special. I wanted chicken and very spicy. It was hot and delicious. Flavour quite unlike anything I've ever had. Impressive presentation too. My wife is vegan and was very happy with the good selection and with her final choice. Only slight criticism is the wine-by-the-glass selection in quite limited. So I stuck with beer! Reasonably priced. Overall highly recommended.
I came here because I wanted to try traditional Indian food, not curry that I eat in Korea. The food of master of india was the first traditional food I tried. I heard it was cooked using a traditional Indian recipe, and fortunately, it was good to my taste, so I enjoyed it. Because of the delicious food of master of India, I have a good idea to travel to India. Thank you! I ate Lam vindaloo Butter chicken Naan king fisher
