Next time I will unfortunately have to have the car behind me waiting while I double check everything in the bag is correct. It’s very frustrating when I go in and get home to incomplete food I BOUGHT. when I call it’s no answer or no way to make things right like atleast offer a coupon or add on some extra cookies. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point, they need better training because I don’t understand what’s so hard about just getting a fast food order right. It shouldn’t happen every single time
I went into this mcdonald's for lunch. I usually use the app and do mobile order.The place was filthy. Only one other customer in the store and all but ONE table was dirty with previous order scraps, wrapper, etc... or just food particles, lettuce, sauce; on all but one table. Several workers in the back of the house but no one thought to clean up? Will never visit this store again.I have worked in the hospitality business my whole life and i currently drive uber so i visit far too many fast-food joints per week. I was grossed out.This was the dirtiest i had ever seen (that wasn't filled with costomers, as that i could understand. Not accept, but understand).So i left and instead, spent my hard-earned money at the Burger King, next-door. (Which was spotless, btw)
Says open 24 hours but they are “transitioning to breakfast” early in the morning so they can’t take any orders?? Yeah right.
Somebody please tell me why they start serving breakfast only at 2:30am? Why not just start serving breakfast at 12 midnight? Losing a lot of business here.
Food is good, had a hard time through drive through. Very slow 30 minutes to get.to window. Once there they did not.have of my food and said I canceled on my ap order. However my receipt showed they were charging me. I asked for a refund or other food to make it up and they acted with an attitude before giving a refund.
