Organic Roots - Temecula

After 22 years buying organic roots I will not spend my hard earned money there anymore. While I bought in the temecula store on the 3rd juli, I noticed some of the workers who wear their face masks inappropriate and ineffective (to the neck or below the nase). because this is a health protection problem for me (I am sixty years,) other customers and workers, I have my concerns to the manager, a young woman who had not covered her nose, but was positiw and professional in her answer. While I continued shopping, I noticed the owner paul cook who also wore his mask around his neck. I approached him while maintaining the social distancing protocol and expressed my safety concerns. I expected a polite discourse, but was shocked by his demon and his answer. he: • has totally rejected my thinking, and instead he said to his believe that masks do more harm than well. • I have disrespected my personal space and repeatedly addressed myself, although I have kept myself up and down again to get an appropriate social remedy. • informed me that if I don't like how they wear their masks, I don't have to shop in their shops anymore. I go forward instead of buying organic roots, I will be at sprout and trader joes (both have much more reasonable prices) and jimbos that have far superior products, meat, nuts and seeds. paul cook, here are my partial words of advice for them: most people who buy in health food shops do this due to our focus on health (i.e. we try to avoid COVID-19). show them more discerning the care of their customers, because as soon as we are gone, we have gone well!

My favorite market. Hands down. The gluten free bakery, the coffee bar, the smoothies, the coconut milk frozen yogurt, the knowledgeable staff in the supplement section... it’s always a treat to visit Roots!

I've been shopping here a couple of months now, they sell organic food cooked and ready to eat by the pound, so I stop by after work and get a healthy meal. It's a little more expensive but I noticed I feel better and I believe I'm worth it, the staff is always friendly and helpfu,l and the food is always great. what more could you ask for?

Best place in Temecula to get the healthy foods I desire. Tons of organic EVERYTHING!! I pay more yet it is worth it when I drive from Perris to Temecula.

Awesome place ... the staff is very friendly Always willing to help you out ,great food and tried the smoothie for the first time ...
