The Gambling Cowboy Chophouse And Saloon

This is my third visit to the restaurant. Previous two, everything was excellent. On this visit we did not have satisfactory service. The young woman that checked us in was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. Our server, Patricia, was neither of those. She made us uncomfortable, we had to catch her attention a couple of times, she was not attentive and we did not have the positive experience as in previous visits. My son said it best, “It was her attitude.”

There is always a wait to sit down, even though reservations are required. When side dishes are added, the price of a meal is plenty high. But the entrees are darned good.

Two errors were made on my wife’s order and delayed her dining experience. Had to debate a $50.00 gift card I had, that they we’re trying to only allowing $25.00 credit to my bill. After an extended time elapsed. There research showed it was good for $50.00. Then server had dropped my credit card on dining room floor, but later found it and returned it to me.

This place was delicious. Great value, for some great food. The drinks were strong at the bar as well. I cant wait to return.

Best food and service I had Murrieta/Temecula area and I lived here (12) years.
