Market Cafe - Tempe

A long lunch with friends. Place was empty, yet they sat us next to the only other table of 8, so it was loud, unnecessarily so. Food is ok, service attentive. Red quinoa salad quite good. Smallish portions overall. Good vegan options. Cheesecake tasted bland and dry. Brownie a la mode was good. We'd pick another restaurant next time.

Came here for Easter Brunch and all six of us loved it! Our waitress was excellent and I wish I knew her name! Presentation of all food was outstanding especially the pastries and desserts! The shrimp was like butter! I don't eat meat but there was plenty to choose from. We will be back! Great value!

This place is the bomb!!! I love everything about it from the service to the food and the mountain views OMG is an understatement!!

The only reason this place doesn't get a 5 star is due to the value. The service is great the view is very nice and the food was good. Breakfast buffets should not be $24, unless there are more choices, however it was a basic set up. The made to order omelets and food off the menu taste great. Our server was wonderful, she knows the area and was just plain friendly.

We absolutely enjoy staying at the Buttes and always look forward to breakfast here. Hiba, our wonderful server, is incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming, always going above and beyond to take care of us. She truly makes our stay extra special. Be sure to ask for her when you visit—she is truly exceptional. Thank you, Hiba, for everything you've done for us. We can't wait for our next visit to the Buttes! - Dan and Maria
