It 's a great atmosphere, especially the ones in Tempe and Mesa, Arizona. There are a few in AZ. And they will go out of their way to inform you of ingredients or modify. It is a relaxing family/semi-hippie place where a mixed family (Vegan/vegetarian/non-veggies) can all enjoy together.
We had Southwestern Tofu Scramble this morning at the Tempe location. It was quite tasty. Portion size was more than adequate. Actually, it was more than I could eat. There are many vegan and vegetarian choices. However, fish, chicken, beef and turkey are on the menu. Service is friendly and efficient. Coffee is flavorful and refilled endlessly.
The options here are plentiful and clearly laid out, both on menu and online. Plus, they have an awesome happy hour! I recommend the garlic dip and the tabbouleh.
I had the macro platter with a side of hummus and it was amazing! You definitely get your money 's worth when you order that. Perfect amount of food and very healthy due to low/none oil in the cooking process. The platter comes with beans, tofu, brown rice, and a mix of steamed vegetables. Also includes pita bread on the side. I had a side of hummus as well to give it more flavor.
I ate in the Phoenix airport and was so hungry anything would taste good. Plenty of vegan options. I paid $20 for a spinach pasta salad, naked smoothie and falafel pita. I would eat here again, but would add avocado to my wrap and skip the salad. Also, I thought the wrap was kinda bland until i smothered it in siracha.
