Cactus Jacks Saloon Patio - Temple

Clean place and friendly staff. We ordered the Rib eye steak with broccoli and mash bake potato. The steak was absolutely delicious

Our waiter Darrell was wonderful. We had special requests and he made sure the order was correct. Awesome service. The only problem we had was trying to get back in the car with the wheelchair. Some jerk parked on the no parking area.

The staff at Chili's was wonderful. We had just left the children's ER and most every restaurant had closed (even Ihop since Covid). Chili's staff welcomed us even though they were closing in 15 minutes. We were very hungry and home is 30 minutes away. They welcomed us. They were attentive and when I apologized for coming in there so late, our waitress told us not to worry and for us to take our time. We were able to relax while eating our dinner. That was great after all the worrying and stress of the ER visit. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress. She was excellent. She said her boyfriend was the cook and he was still cleaning up so they didn't mind us coming in so late. Although I do not like coming in so close to closing (it's not a nice thing to do at the end of shift after a long day of work), the staff was cheerful and attentive. Our food came out perfect and quickly. It was great! Thank you Chili's for hiring wonderful, caring staff to help us after a long day and night in the ER!

We were waited on by Darrell and he was superb. My Dad needs his food chopped and Darrell made sure this was taken care of. It made my eating experience so nice. The only problem we had was the driver who parked on the handicapped lines so I couldn't get my Dad who is in a wheelchair into the van.
