Tiger Shaved Ice - Terrell

Didnt get to try it...due to my over size truck and trailer thought we would try it out since we dont live here we live 6 hrs away n got told they cant serve us only people in vehicles and there wasnt any customers at the time to knock out a quick order

Service is horrendously slow. Not necessarily serving with a smile either. The employees just look uninterested in working. I’m sure the owners wouldn’t approve of the effort they’re giving.

Hardly any flavor. Once you get past the top of the cup, it's only ice no flavor. I asked for more flavor and they told me no. Last time ever coming here. Amateur hour here

The ice was good but the customer service was very bad. I'm pregnant and asked the guy for pickle juice on mine and he was like you should've been asked. You'll have to order another one. I don't sell it like that. It's not that he couldn't sell it it's the way he said it and his attitude the whole ordering process. This was my first and last time visiting.
