Taco Cabana - The Woodlands

Food's good, service sucks. You can tell that no one wants to be working at this place. Ordering anything is a mental chore and it takes a really long time to get your food. I feel like every cashier has a weird stereotypical teenage attitude. One time Icame about an hour prior to them closing and it was like a closing party in the kitchen area. I can't tell if this place iseither short staffed or over staffed. Overall just a weird restaurant.

I usually don?t write reviews because I know what it?s like to work in fast food I?ve worked at most fast foods you can think of. But this taco cabana in particular is the rudest fast food place I?ve ever been to!!! I was asking simple questions about amenu since I?ve rarely ever come here and she kept catching attitudes and not trying to explain to me what each item on the menuis. I?m sorry but it?s your job to explain to me and take my order of my food. If you don?t wanna work there quit your job andfind something else!!!

This place is a joke. I went in to order for my family and planned to enjoy a nice meal. I ordered three drinks and proceeded to go and fill the cups, only to find out there was 0 carbonation at all at the drink station. I went back to the front andtold the cashier that the carbonation was out and he said ?Oh yeah it?s been out for a couple days?. I was like really thenwhy did you sell me the drinks in the first place. They refunded our money and the food was so so but this location isnotorious for being slow and not having it together. Do yourself a favor and drive to any other location than this one.

The wait is too long. I watched one lady put the bacon inside a dirty microwave on the glass plate. She didn?t cover it or use some type of dish. It?s a no for me. I use to love Taco Cabana COVID has changed this business for forever.

Soooo much better than the last several times I have water there. I'm a long time fan of Taco C., way back to the early 90's so I know what's good and what's not. This restaurant has had it's ups and downs and and now it's up, IMHO. The person taking ourorder actually smiled at me! Food was very good and service was fast and the rather big order was correct! I recommend!
