Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I complained about it the drive thru person got offended rather than trying to understand. Honestly I don't even know why Hardee's is even still around. Their business model is so outdated.

The food is always hot. The Chicken tenders have gotten very small. Hopefully, they will return to their normal size. Two small bites does not make a tender.
