Pizza Hut - Thompson

Came for supper. The waitress was late to work and we were told to sit and come up to counter to place order. When the waitress did arrive she did take our order and once food came out she never checked on us again. We were the only people in there so not like they were busy. The restaurant is in need of some serious updates and cleaning. The floor had garbage on it and seriously needed to be vacuumed. 2 of the booths had paperwork spread out in them and the whole time no one come to sit there and do any work. Half the restaurant had the chairs stacked on top of the tables. Not a very inviting atmosphere. The pizza was ok but does not meet the standards of any other Pizza Hut I have been too. I do not recommend and will not be back.

We go to the Pizza Hut every once in a while when we go to Thompson! We go with a church group on a mission so after our days work we are pretty exhausted so a hearty meal is always appreciated before many hours trip home again! The food is pretty good we usually order a few pizza's and a salad, the pizza's are good and the toppings are not spared so that's to be enjoyed! The negative is that they don't always have all ingredients in stock so sometimes certain pizza's aren't an option and also the Pizza Hut's cheese stuffed crust also isn't always available unfortunately. The service speed could use improving, right from ordering to serving the beverages to getting the food out to the tables, also refills of drinks take time too, so if you're looking for a quick meal and go then this may be a bit too time consuming! The atmosphere is comfortable although the music was a bit too loud for comfortable conversations but that was fixed with a request to turn it down, the place has a somewhat large dinning area so there has been room for a group of 9 people to eat being the place usually didn't fill up and last time we where a group of approx 18 people. Would come back again but will try another place next time to save time!

Son was really wanting a snack and had his Hart set on pizza hut. Was delivered quickly and was hot. Was really good. Only down fall was that the delivery man doesn't have a portable debit machine. Was shocked at that but personal pan pizzas were good

Expensive and food has gone downhill from when it first opened. Needs a remodel to attract clients again. Good for take out but not for family dining.

Lots of choices on variety of pizzas. Appreciate the fact they offer coupons for discount lunches. Quite dated in appearance if you look beyond that the service was good and food very good.
