Contribuer aux commentairesOur first order was a cup chili when it was brought to the table, it was cold. one of the people in our party ordered brisket and there was a round piece of bone in the meat it brisket . the mac n cheese was cold we brought it to the attention of the waitress and she said well, it is meat, it could have bones in it they must be careful it is brisket it should not have bones! I stepped away to go to the room of the dame and 2 from the 3 stands was dirty one of the toilets would not be flush. the other was full of toilet paper around the edge of the toilet the whole bathroom stunk . the only useful stall was the handicap. I have made all this aware of the waitress patricia! She was very short with me that I don't appreciate her answer to everything that was brought to her attention, that she bleeded everything clearly, which was said. we spend 120$ I wanted to give the waitress a 20$ tipp. when she brought us the bill, she had a very bad attitude. she was short and her exact words. here and left. the tipp went from $20 to $9 I feel I am a decent tipper! because I totally understand how it is to be a waitress. I would have taken the problems and made them aware of my manager and apologise. when we didn't get a word from the employee at the front end. we visited this famous daves every year for my vater birthday. He died last year in the januar and that was his favorite place to eat on his birthday and today is heavenly birthday. in the first year we celebrated him and we were not satisfied or impressed by the food or the staff.
Let's make a reservation just that we will show up and be told that it's just going out. Come on. Find out.
This review is based on the fact that it does not open aunt in, although open table allows me to make a reservation. I'm not sure if this was the restaurant or the reservation service that caused the problem. In the past, food and service was good at this point.
Have eaten here in the past and was always good. This time, the food seemed old, the ribs were dry and mostly bone and the mashed potatoes were gummy. I don't know if they're holding over food that wasn't used or sold days prior, but it seemed like it. There were 4 in our party and 2 of us did not feel very good the next morning, with GI issues.
I understand the Covid-19 situation, but plastic silverware is a real turnoff. . 3 of us ordered brisket sandwiches and we got a slice of the fat on every slice of meat which we could have done without. It was okay but a disappointing first lunch out after being shut in for months. 14 in the dining room for lunch, so lots of social distancing.
