Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Thousand Oaks

Walked up to the door at 10pm on the dot. The hours on the glass say 11-11pm Friday -Saturday, Yelp and Google also say they close at 11pm. I try to push on the door it's locked, a lady comes up to the door and says they're closed, I look at the hours on the door and point to them and tell her both Yelp and the door in front of her say 11pm and she proceeds to tell me they're both wrong and closes the door. Do better.

I never leave reviews, especially negative ones. But we were craving frozen yogurt and everything else was closed except for this Menchies, so we came at 10:30. Hours said 11 online AND on the store front. Employee was not up front until we knocked and then proceeded to lie and said they were closed those hours were “wrong.” Absolutely ridiculous. It’s one thing to close 5-10 minutes early, but 30 minutes because you don’t want to serve people? C’mon.

Used to love this place but last time I came in the whole restaurant was dirty. I think cooperate needs to invest more into the quality of their restaurants if they want to compete with other chains. I don't think the staff is lazy, I think management just doesn't care about maintaining their locations.

More expensive than other stores. Bring your own water. They charge $4.00 for a small bottle of water. That is just ridiculous. Will never come back here and will not recommend to family and friends.

Worst Menchies visit. Place was filthy, One employeel was sitting on the counter while one was eating yogurt. Completely disengaged staff. They couldn't even greet us. Wont be going back to this location. Had a much better experience in Woodland Hills.
