Dunkin' - Tobyhanna

As a former employee customer this is not the place to goto. I personally witnessed why they can’t keep employees, it comes down to terrible management. I went to get my coffee from the drive through I was cussed at by the manager, and was told I had to go up to the duncin up the road. This place is terrible it’s sad that America runs on duncin, they mistreat there kind employees and customers while they treat the mean customers and employees with respect. It’s simply out right disrespectful I will be advising, friends, family, and strangers not to goto duncin just goto starbucks for a extra dollar your order is made right, in timely manner, and your treated with respect as a customer

Ordered coffee, staff was quick, polite, and friendly.

I go to this Dunkin' Donuts all the time. Yesterday I went in and part of my order was messed up , but a super friendly young lady named Kailyn apologized and quickly fix my order . She was so helpful and friendly I greatly appreciate it.

I am a Dunkin girl I tried numerous times to go to this store every single time I have the same result and nothing has been fixed. I am not going to go to Dunkin anymore because it is very poor service. Nobody even acknowledges you when you go in there and every time I buy a four dollar cup of coffee, it is not what I asked for and I have to ask them to fix it or I have to ask for sugar on the side to fix my coffee. It’s not worth the money or the hassle. It’s like they’re in such a rush because they’re busy all the time and they’re not worried about the quality of their service or food or coffee , I’d rather drive all the way down to Tannersville and get a cup of coffee that I ordered the way that I like it. I do not recommend getting anything from this Dunkin.

I came in after work today to get a cup of coffee to keep me up for the rest of the day and I have to say…..BEST dunkin experience. A polite young lady named Isabella was so sweet and welcoming and got my order perfectly right. Like always the coffee was made well and did its job. 10/10!!
