Clean and modern, with food same as any other Arby's, but the service is weirdly bad. When we went with a friend our food came out first and his food never did. When he went up to ask about it they told him he hadn't ordered anything, that he was trying to scam them or something, until he showed them the reciept. By then we had no time left for them to start making his order and then eat it so he asked for a refund and they tried to scare him away by threatening to call the cops?? They did finally give him a refund before we left. A year later I went with just my wife and they were rude. As you order they interrupt you after each individual item to scream it back directly in your face in shorthand form. Presumably this is so someone in the back can start making the food right away (doesn't the system take care of this? but if that's the case shouldn't they turn their head and not scream it directly at the customer? If you give them all the info for an item upfront (sandwich size, combo size they will always ignore it and ask you each detail again separately. If they ask you one of these and you ask a clarifying question they just repeat their question to you louder. I am not picky about service but these people need more training. The only thing about this Arby's is the menu is more limited than say one near Chicagoland area. Has the classics like beef,chicken sandwich, gyros,curly fries,and my favorite jalapeño poppers. Slowest service ever. Nobody at the front counter for several minutes then my order of 1 single item took ages to get. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
