I have restaurant in bonita springs fl. and white first hand when a new restaurant only reopens 6 months gets it!!! had 6pm dinner reservations, and at the arrival was asked for my name and phone because they called me earlier to confirm because when in the left message and email called. because they were closed. was confirmed at 2:30 a.m. by employees who have already worked because they are not open until 4 a.m. she was one of the 2 female server that worked this space from 80 to 90 customers like a finely oiled machine. with a attitude! contempt and needed time to open BYOB customers wein, beer and mixer for alcoholic drinks. I am a cook and mentioned restaurant owners I would kill for employees like these. kitchen met our meals from the park and the ball rolled a mile on the road. three dinge who eat in the restaurant in this era are missing. quality, fresh non-processed. and large portions of perfectly seasoned do not feed hard supplied by the cook. my wife had florida grouper who tasted like I was back in florida. my wife is very picky with fish and has left nothing. I ordered the bone in pork chop giambotta with paprika and swash and kartoffel in a vinegar and wine reduction sauce at the arrival not a huge bone in the pork, but two plate was huge and so fresh solid paprika and swash and cooked not mushy karto worlds. also great kitchens and great easy on the ey female servers sweat in todays heat have to them evening realy fine dinning . thank you! keep them the quality and fresh food and they need a push box to make their bank deposits. we will soon see them again for a great experience that has disappeared in fine dining. I said to my wife that she'll be very hot again tomorrow. I said we could go back to trattoria, she said, okay.
Around 730 clock arrived apps did not arrive at up to 905 clock employees unprofessional and cannot handle small volumes. Original owner definitiw missed. table of 6 and 1 entree arrived. expired at 10 o'clock.
One of the best restaurants I've visited for a long time. I had the cocky parmesan that was so big that I had enough to dinner in the next night. there was no one on our table who could not enjoy her dinner and although we were so full, we decided to dessert to have the perfect pistachio cake.
Unsafe if they were before, but there is new ownership as by januar 2022 *simple Italian favorites with a twist of the heart soul. their classic dishes but this time, with extra dc. from pastas with delicious sauce until kalbs made exactly right, make sure that they are here for a bite when they around!
When you enter you know something good is happening. Our server, Donna, was awesome and helpful. The food was outstanding! The prices are extremely reasonable.
