I kept our dinner reservation and took a Lyft to the restaurant. The doorman directed us inside to the left. We sat in the lobby waiting for the rest of our party to join us. When I asked the front desk staff where to go, I was unapologetically told that the restaurant had had an emergency and was closed for the day. Despite having a reservation via Opentable, with all of my contact information, I was never informed, and not even the doorman seemed to know about this. So, we were left looking for dinner for a party of 6 at 830 in an area of town we weren't even staying in, plus paying for rideshares. I wish I had something positive to say, because I was really looking forward to the vibe and cocktails, but it was just a massive waste of time.
Very disappointing food quality. And, quite average cocktail quality.
The girl who served me and my boyfriend was in rush, unpatient (it takes time for my boyfriend to make his decision about wine, yes he asks questions) and gave me a look . It was a bit unexpected experience for such High End lounge in Toronto...
The server was never interested in serving! we came as an early booker with high hopes, but she was looking for bottle service. we spent a few hundred dollars for just us two on drinks. the only thing that was decent was the mixologist.
A bad customer care policy, they took the table away from us despite having reserved for dinner and after dinner
