Ordered shrimp spring roll, galarami and street padthai there. very delicious food and the price is also fair enough. The only thing I feel uncomfortable is the restaurant is in a bad condition and feel a little bit greasy
Very good. Had the mango salad which was better than I expected. Followed that with the chicken red curry with rice; that was excellent! The place looks a bit run down, but the staff was nice and service was quick. Will return
Definitely a hidden gem in the area. Came here on two separate occasions and tried the following items: Beef curry, chicken curry, satay skewers, thai iced tea (was too sweet for me the first time, asked for more ice/tea the second time and it was perfect , street pad thai. The food was delicious and authentic, you can really tell whoever is cooking really gives a sht about their job. The waiter was also super nice and friendly.<br/ <br/ Of course this place does not compare to Pai or Khao San Road but I'm sad that salad king is so much more popular than this place. The food, service and price here are wayyyyyy better than salad king. Also dat perfect window view to Remington's doe loooool ; <br/ <br/ TLDR: Next time you're craving thai food in the yonge/dundas area, don't be basic and go to Salad King, go try Thai on Yonge :
I visited this restaurant for lunch with my co-workers today. We all love Thai food and we were very impressed with both the quality of the food and the affordable prices. I decided to try something different and ordered the pad woon sen, which was fantastic. The meal also came with a spring roll and a delicious soup with a slight kick to it. The main dish was flavorful and generously portioned. The lunch special is only $7.95, which is a great deal considering you get a spring roll and soup included. This restaurant is one of the more affordable options for lunch in downtown Toronto, and the food quality is excellent. The service was efficient and friendly, although nothing particularly memorable. Overall, we had a great meal and would definitely return. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious and affordable Thai food.
