I don't usually eat fast food, but I was really hungry that night. The hot French fries and a tea were exactly what I needed to tide me over until I got home.

I visit this Jack in the Box frequently, and it's consistently spotless. The bathrooms are always impeccably clean, and the service is incredibly quick. The staff is friendly and very pleasant.

Thank you to the regional manager for helping me with my mobile order. Without your exceptional assistance, I would have never received my meal! You took the time to investigate what went wrong, and my food was fresh and delicious! I really appreciate it! Young people need to acknowledge this kind of service!

YELLED AT by them. Thank goodness the manager was there. NO CONTACT FROM JACK IN THE BOX TO ME. PLEASE Contact mEJACK IN THE BOX MANAGEMENT. I?ll give details. I ordered two shakes as part of an order. Everything was ready except theshakes. The employees were just standing looking at the walls. I explained I needed them for someone SICK in the HOSPITAL Theguy said ?SHUT UP STUPID?. I asked for the manager and he said something very loud I will NOT REPEAT. The manager heard cameover, apologized and made the shakes for me in 20 seconds.

It's 9:14 pm. Exhausted from work, decided to get food real quick and went through the drive thru and said hello and even spoke and for over minute no help. So I just drove through and all I can see is a woman with a mop. Why bother to bother her.
