Currently the best local Waitrose during the pandemic (I can also visit Brackley, Daventry and Banbury). Easy to park, queues are well controlled. Uodated February 2022: good fruit and vegetable selection, although some areas of the shop are low in choice and stock. Not blaming Waitrose all supermarkets are experiencing the same difficulties post Brexut.

Good shop as always, great fresh produce helpful staff

I was stuck at home while my partner drove all over Northampton searching for the Hip Organic Number 1 baby formula, but unfortunately, we had no luck. After contacting four different Waitrose stores, all of which were extremely helpful in checking their stock levels, I finally called the Towcester location and spoke with Ashton. He informed me that they had a few crates left. After explaining my situation, he kindly offered to hold a few boxes for me until I could get there. His reassurance put me at ease; I literally cried tears of relief—first-time mama here, and you can imagine my panic! A huge thank you to Ashton; he and Waitrose are true lifesavers. I really hope he sees this review!
