Mcdonald's - Towson

I didnt get the Kerwin frost box like I ordered. I get its in demand and it wont always be in stock I just wish it would have told me before I ordered : I mean its the same meal, but I was supe excited for my nugget toy lol

My nuggets were NOT in my bag but had a ton of sweet and sour sauce. The meat on my Big Macs were dry and my fries tasted old.

Always so busy, but the line is moving fast. The orders were correct. Kindness

I was the worst McDonalds, too. I moved up to 1. Paying windows, the employee looked at me and went away. I sat there for 3 minutes to the next window, they told me I had to pay on the first window. I explained the situation and they wanted to take my phone to scan the voucher. They were rude when I told them that they were not comfortable with someone running my phone on the back of the store, it could be dropped, there are many information on my phone with means of payment. After 3 minutes of arguing they write the voucher code down as they should have done first. Then I come to my destiny... my 10 Nuggets has only 8 nuggets in it. My diet coke is a regular coke and my daughters happy food has no apple slices. These people want $15 an hour to screw up my order?

I AM HERE ON 9/5/20 I TRIED TO PLACE MY ORDER THEY SAY THE SYSTEM IS DOWN WHAT IS GOING ON THIS IS PARKVILLE NOT NORTH AVE IN THE CITY WAITING FOR MY FISH SANDWICH,MILKSHAKE AND SMOOTHIE... I WAS TOLD TO PULL UP... ITS HAS BEEN OVER 10 MINUTES .... 8/22/20 WORKER COMES OUT BRING MY FISH SANDWICH AND FORGET MY STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE AND SMOOTHIE 9/12/20 NO MILK SHAKE THEY SAY MACHINE IS DOWN
