Fantastic and unexpected vegan restaurant in the heart of Tuscany. The dishes come partly from the regional tradition adapted to the needs of a vegetarian/vegan audience, and that's why we were pleasantly amazed! It was all very good, we could not have asked better, also gave us the opportunity to discover a small village to say little enchanting. Let's go back the week.
