We participated in a themed evening with fried mixed Piedmontese. All great, prepared on the moment and very light. Great value for money. Recommended.

Excellent mixed fried and served with professionalism, in the themed evening, as well as in the environment of a simple gastronomy shop. Excellent also the taste of Piedmontese antispasto and the remarkable final zabaglione.

Nicola also profits his experience in foreign countries to try to give that something more that is much appreciated. Excellent raw ham aged 20 months. Good fried mixed with Piedmont when available.
