Plasko's Farm Creamery Cafe - Trumbull

Incredible ice cream! It was so creamy and rich! The coffee was fantastic as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere of the café! We will definitely be coming back!

Important note: the creamery opens at noon, so keep that in mind. Google should clarify that the café and creamery are two separate locations, even though they're right next to each other. The café does offer small ice cream cups. If you visit in the summer, be aware that there isn't much to do besides see a few donkeys. However, the tea, lemonade, and muffin I had from the café were all delightful. I sat outside, and it was quiet and peaceful.

The ice cream was excessively sweet, and it caused me a terrible stomachache! Additionally, the young lady at the register was quite rude. It was my first visit, and I wasn't aware that orders needed to be placed at the register. When she called me over, I mentioned that I wasn't sure where to order, and she harshly pointed to a sign above her that said "Order at Register," while giving me a really unpleasant and sarcastic smile. I found that very unappreciated. I won’t be returning!

They offer high-quality ice creams and homemade frozen treats. I also really enjoyed their baked goods, especially the scones and apple cider donuts.

I realized that our order was missing an ice cream, so I drove back to the restaurant to kindly request it since we had already paid for it. I understand that mistakes happen; I have worked in customer service for several years myself. However, when I explained the situation, the manager rolled her eyes at me, and the rest of the staff were quite rude.
