Contribuer aux commentairesI was here a few times, and every time I feel unwilling. the personal is always rude, they ignore you, never smile and cry hot sauce packages as they had to buy it themselves. I had a dame that took the sauces out of the box to count them when I asked for more because they could obviously have a maximum of 2 per taco. She looked at me when she counted that I was so nice. even if they go, they no longer ring, they do it themselves, except no one tells them until they are in register for 3 minutes. they make good burritos, although I had no problem, only restless and long waiting times.
Unprofessional. I waited 5-10 minutes in the lobby for one. No one has greeted me that they only looked at me and continued to revolve around her “work”. this place had the most terrible customer service. No one showed a gastfreundschaftskurier and when I go through the drive thru to get the order they yell at me and tell me that I go in, where I do not acknowledged at all.
I believe it's unfair for Taco Bell to false advertise their product on television, because when you patronize their local locations, the product looks nothing like that's on television, it is pure false advertisement. Small portions of meat, in their tacos, burritos, chalupas,Etc....
Worst Taco Bell they put virtually no meat on the $6 crunch wrap.
If a zero out of five stars was a thing I would select that. These people were so disrespectful and rude when I simply asked for a large Baja blast freeze she hands me a drink that wasn't even a Baja blast freeze, then I told her that I asked for freeze and she proceeds to tell me OK she comes back with a tiny ass Baja blast freeze. I asked for a large and I was charged less when I tried arguing with the lady she told me to leave. Screw this.
