Contribuer aux commentairesCashier didn?t want to honor my full order because I used a promo code through DoorDash. She said it costs Filiberto?s money by people using DoorDash discounts. Well, the receipt provided on the order states the promo is paid by DoorDash and not the restaurant it is used at. So is DoorDash providing false info or is the Filiberto?s cashier a liar? Picture of the receipt is uploaded here. I?m not one to ask for the manager, so I just left there with a partial order thatended up costing me more. Last time I ever visit this place.
I usually order the breakfast burrito with out the flour tortillas. Cook the eggs, ham and cheese on a wiped down griddle. I am celiac so gluten free is a must. Great horchata! Put it in your coffee. So good.
Horrible experience. Couldn?t take my order down correctly couldn?t ring me up correctly then I decided to cancel my order and got the door slammed in my face this place needs new management and new employees. shoot out to you chef though because your food is delicious too bad the other workers ruined my experience and I won?t go back. Yelling at there own workers at the register to help clarify and nothing but attitude I?m still so shocked with how mistreated I was forthere mistakes and wrong doings. I take my rate of one star back. I wish I could rate you negative 30 stars.
I've always had good experiences at this location. The staff have been friendly, the food has been good, and the service has been overall decent. The restaurant is kept clean, the bathrooms are locked but in decent shape, and the salsa bar is well maintained.
Every single time I?ve been into this facility they always belittle people in Spanish ! And when they get their order wrong on there side they blame it on you ! This is outrageous. Theres a younger girl that works here and she is super rude
