HILARIA after you. The restaurant, the theme, and the architecture, Hilaria is one one of the best resto in Tuguegarao promoting best choice of culinary culture and savoir-faire. The menu isn’t divided in a conventional manner, so it’s up to you to order one, two or three plates. Good service and good food... I enjoyed my time: picture taking for Instagram feed and food photoshoot of Hot Shrimp Salad, Tokwa't Pata, Lengua White Sauce, and Soft Taco. The Lengua (Pig's Tounge) has an intense salty flavor, tender one, a creamy and gooey sauce... I loved the food! I also enjoyed the service that can be considered upscale for a resto. The tokwa't pata really look great! Fine-dining quality with plates decorated like masterpieces. The hot shrimp salad is so tender and balanced. The meat (beef) for soft taco is adequately cooked with a red heart. I loved it all, quality of famous chef, small plates more of culinary experiences than fulfilling dishes. Best for last, never leave without having cocktails! They served 8th Martini, Blue Valentine, Hilaria's Choice, and Chill Margarita which are very tasty cocktails and very instagram-worthy during our stay. Excellent from start to end! I was a fan of their creations and I believe they have a new ambassador.

This is a spot where you can relish brunch with a great cup of coffee in the morning, unwind in the afternoon, and enjoy a nice dinner in the evening. I really love their chicken wings and sandwiches. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be back soon.

This bar in downtown Tuguegarao is a highlight of the city's nightlife, offering a delightful blend of delicious food, amazing cocktails, and a variety of events including DJ and band performances as well as speed dating. The venue, a transformed duplex apartment, is adorned with unique decorations from the owner's personal collection, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

A delightful spot to enjoy a meal and unwind. The vintage interior design is fantastic as well.

The ambiance is cozy and pleasant, but I believe the restaurant has a different name now. I’m a bit confused by their signage regarding whether it’s now called 8th Avenue.
