During our second visit on a Sunday afternoon, we asked the manager if we could be seated and served within 50 minutes due to a pressing schedule, and she assured us it wouldn’t be a problem since the restaurant wasn't busy. We were seated right away, but it took our friendly waiter a while to come over for drink orders. We ended up ordering our entrees at that time as well. Unfortunately, the food took a long time to arrive, and we had to track down someone because our waiter seemed to have vanished. When the food finally arrived—without utensils—we had just six minutes left before our deadline.

We always make sure to visit Mugshots at least once whenever we're in town. The service is excellent, the food is fantastic, and the menu offers so many options that you can come back frequently and still discover something new each time. On our recent stop in town, we decided to have dinner there. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, we were seated promptly. We shared a patty melt, which we found absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient, and our server was well-informed about the beer selection, even providing samples for us to try before we made our choice.

It was so delicious that I went back twice in the same week! I’m really glad they offered turkey burgers.
