Chef's Table - Udon Thani

The food was delicious. My duck jam was with everyone in New York or Paris. The price was also great.

I heard great things about this place from some friends, so I decided to try. No real complaints. Food was great, atmosphere really nice, food prices very reasonable. I also like that they had a selection of high-quality non-Acoholic drinks, because I didn't feel like drinking, but wanted to be a bit decent. My only complaints could be that the main courts came out at different times that are common for Thailand, but I would think it would not be for a nice restaurant like this. I prefer the main dishes that come together so that everyone can eat at the same time without waiting for the others. I had to call the staff if I wanted something. I sat in the corner and probably why they didn't see my direction every time. Maybe a call button system could be helpful. Also I and my guest ordered both second drinks and at different times, but every time they do not remove our empty first glass - we left the Restuarant with our original empty glass and our new drink glass at the table as they have never come to remove it. They would have done that if they had brought a new glass. Paper napkins that are all right, but I ordered the ribs as you can see, and for something I could expect that they would bring me a real fabric nap, but that's not too much for me. Besides these really small problems, the place was great and I'm back.

A very quaint little restaurant with excellent food, the best mushroom soup I've ever tasted, a variety of American and Thailand selections. Highly recommend and I will be returning regularly.

Our favourite place in Udon. Its a lovely relaxed atmosphere with very pleasant staff. And the food is superb. We will return for all our special occasions.
