Contribuer aux commentairesAvoid this restaurant at all costs. There is a high probability that your order will be incorrect or missing items. In my experience, every time I have ordered from this location, there have been issues with either the customer service or the food itself.
I decided to grab a quick and unhealthy lunch when I had some free time. I opted for tacos, as they were easy to eat in the car. It was a relaxing way to enjoy a meal without any distractions. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. Thank you for reading my review and have a great day!
Today was quite the interesting experience at this restaurant. I witnessed Omari Quentin turning away over 15 cars for various reasons. Initially, the machine was down, and then, 20 minutes later, they claimed they were closed. I spoke with Lakendra, who kindly took my mobile order. The food was served hot and for free. When I spoke with Omari Quentin, he mentioned that they were ending their shift early as they had been working hard. The restaurant closed early, despite having a staff of five individuals. It seems that some of the younger staff members are lacking in work ethic, which could potentially harm the business. I observed Omari sitting on the clock, using his phone with a headset on, informing customers that they were closed at 11:23pm.
Let me start by saying me nor anybody that walked in behind me what's greeted by any employee. After standing there at least 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order I asked for a refund. The lady told me I can't get a refund because my food is ready. Myfood has been ready and sitting to the side for the longest. I said if it's cold I don't want it she didn't offer to remake itshe just said she didn't have time for me today, and go through the app to get a refund. I asked how do I go about getting arefund on the app I was told figure that out yourself that's your problem. They were totally unprofessional especially the onethat kept yelling talking disrespectful from the back. You all might need to rethink your hiring process because people likethat run customers away. I will NEVER come back to this location.
To say the least this is the worst run taco bell I have ever seen..the people inside are laughing , running around, talking loud having a good time..I always feared eating at a fast food restaurant but this place just confirmed what I thought..I went thereon 09/25/2022 I ordered a mex pizza and taco ..got to the window and was told what I owed next thing as I was passing my cardthey started laughing jumping around looking out the window..and ran to the other door..yelling out the door as if we were trulyin the hood....as the guy on register came back he looked at me and said in a uncaring way did u pay yet .I said no then ask tospeak to a manager..the guy who ran out door laughing loudly was the manager..I demanded my money back...he gave money back ..Ithen drove all the way to fairburn just for taco bell..it's a disgrace..taco bell has hit rock bottom..and how do we no they arefollowing guidelines in that store using gloves etc ..
