We had a wonderful dining experience the other evening, complemented by excellent service. The staff were very flexible when my wife requested some modifications and asked to split a salad special. It had been a couple of years since our last visit, and we’ve always enjoyed their food—I’m not sure why we stopped coming, but we definitely plan to return more frequently. However, we’ll avoid the middle of winter, as they tend to leave the doors open, making the restaurant quite drafty and noisy. I can handle the noise, but the cold drafts are a different story.

Thought overall it was okay. would i say the best italian food in new jersey...no, definitely been to better. the food was good. if i was in the area i would stop in for a bite but wouldn't go out of my way for a visit.

Brioso is delicious. It was a little quiet for a Thursday night but the food was wonderful. They made my dad a special dish he requested that wasn't on the menu, it was a special they had weeks ago! It was really nice of them. Will be back.
