I waited to purchase cookies for almost 5 minutes (no other customer in front of me) and then was told they weren’t selling cookies until later in the day. A full counter display and refusing to sell anything?!? Are you kidding me?!? So I sent an email to their corporate and it was completely ignored. Sign of the times I guess.
Sweet treats were great. Staff was less than friendly and seemed very put upon. My daughter thanked her twice for our order and the rep didn't even acknowledge.
Only ordered 2 shakes and 1 order of onion rings and it took over 20mins didn’t let us know how much longer nothing. Employees looked unhappy to be there. I can understand if it was short staffed but there were more then enough employees there. What
The cookies were extra yummy but the hateful cashier gave me every bent or damaged cookie she had and it didn't happen in the bag because these are crunchy.
We went here on 7/10/22. I was a little leary from the negative reviews on service, but we had a good experience. The cashier and other worker assisting her were very friendly and helpful.Now on to the cookies... The cookies were delicious but they are pricey (appx. $3 each and even higher). We would return for a special treat, but would not make this a normal stop. These are the same cookies you buy from any grocery store, but of course the specialty items like the walnut caramel bars are only in-store.Tip: they have cookie packs (6 in a pack) for day-old cookies that are 50% off! These are a steal. ?
