Cletus' Chicken Shack - Universal

The food is terrible. I could only manage to take a few bites before giving up. Despite the great rides at Universal Studios, the food throughout the park is disappointing.

I am only giving this restaurant 2 stars because my son spilled his dinner. Despite this mishap, the worker behind the counter was very nice and gave him another meal for free. They handled the situation professionally and I appreciated their kindness. However, the food was not up to par. The chicken was dry and overcooked, something I have never experienced at a chicken restaurant. The fries were also overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.
