Ruby Tuesdays - UPPER MARLBORO

I have already order twice and the two times was for pick up every time I have come here i always had to wait more than the time that the app told me it would be ready the extra time was about 20 minutes and it wasn't busy at all. I'm not happy with food portions the food is a little tasty but is not enough food for the price that they are charging this is mine and my brother's order, my brother ordered tender with 2 sides fries and loaded fries, I order triple play with fries and loaded fries. I find the tenders and fries to half of what it should have been. I don't think I will ever order here again.

This visit was average for us the food quality could have been more better I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak which was disappointing very little cheese on steak um like sandwich the only thing that saved our dinner was the salad bar as the bar ???? drinks was not legendary as advertised .

On a work trip, a coworker and I stopped by Ruby Tuesday?s for what we thought would be a nice and quick dinner. We were in for a surprise. Upon entering a fairly empty restaurant we asked to be seated at a table with chairs rather than a booth. We were seated on one side of the restaurant literally by ourselves. Maybe their weren?t tables on the other side. This wouldn?t have been an issue if we weren?t greeted by any wait staff. After about 15 mins we eventually asked the host to find our server. After going to look he came back and graciously took our drink order. About 5 minutes later our drinks were brought out by our actual waitress who was otherwise very pleasant. Food took a long time to come out and we overheard the host state that there was a 40 min wait to eat. The restaurant couldn?t have been more than 15% -20% full so this was odd to hear. My best guess is there was a shortage of cooks. While waiting I used a fairly nasty looking bathroom with toilet that didn?t flush. The food itself was rather typical of this type of restaurant. The mozzarella sticks were initially delivered without marinara sauce, and my Parmesan shrimp pasta was comically served before the breadsticks was ready. My coworker was unable to order the rib combo he wanted because they had run out. Unfortunate experience.

We went to Ruby Tuesday's on a Monday night and it was very quiet. I think there were only two other patrons in the restaurant. Our server was very attentive and the food was very delicious. I have a food allergy and they took great care to accommodate me. We would definitely go back again.

This place came in strong as a group of 8 of us needed a place to eat Sunday afternoon. They were able to pull tables together for us quickly. Ordered the salad bar and the chicken mac cheese. Unfortunately one person of the party had to wait for their food for quite a while but overall experience was good.
