Mcdonald's - Urbandale

Just went through the drive through and ordered a McDouble and a large fries. Over $6 for that I end up with a regular cheese burger. NOT a double. What a joke. These workers think they should get $15 per hour and screw up something this simple. What a joke! Never again!!!

For starters I pull up no car's in drive thru, immediately the girl says hols on ok i wait. She comes back on are you ready to order?. I pulled up ready to order but was told to wait but whatever say my order oh we don't have that right now ask for a smoothie with my meal. Ok well do you guys have the slashes oh wait let me see which one's one's we have,they only had two flavors so now I don't want a meal just a sandwich and fry with no salt that took a whole 12 minutes to get out the window fries only take 5 minutes to drop fresh got to do better!! The fry grease needs changed the fries was still no good soggy like the burger still raw on inside. How can you run a restaurant an have nothing the people want?? The McDonald's put onions on both sandwiches causing us to not be able to eat them and also causing my friend who is deathly allergic to onions to end up in the er.

I?ve been standing at the front counter for eight minutes while the young man does everything except take my order. I?m the only one at the counter, and he can?t prioritize an incoming guest over refilling the milk bath and letting the kitchen get started on my order while he messes with that. I?m going to the store on Urbandale drive. What a waste of my time.

Manager tells me they?re not open yet. No sort of closed sign posted. Claims her system didn?t work so they aren?t open. I ask if I can use the bathroom. She opens the door. I thank her several times. She says they?re open now. I tell her I?ll order food to let her know I?m not just using their bathroom. Her reply? ?Here we go!? If you don?t wanna work, don?t show up to work. You truly don?t care about your customers if you?re upset I?m here to buy food. Courtesy goes a long way. Don?t be such a Biznatch
