Great old fashioned bakery. Everything we bought was so fresh and delicious especially the pastiaciotti. Can't wait to return to utica and stop here again.

I highly recommend Caruso’s Pastry shop for all of your cookie and pastry needs. Traditional family recipes passed on from generation. Gentleman that bakes every single item has been Lead Baker for the past forty years and his dedication is next to none. The woman behind the counter’s are always so Knowledgeable and so helpful. Caruso Pastry shop has been a staple in our family for many, many years and will continue to carry the torch. We can’t wait to get married next year and order all the beautiful mini pastries. Everything is always so fresh and so delicious.

Amazing assortment of pastries, cookies, etc. You can taste the difference when everything is homemade. The cannolis are great, the cream is super fresh as are the shells. The cookie assortment is great as well. You can see why they've been in business over 60 years. You won't regret stopping by.

Awesomely authentic and incredibly delicious. One of the last family run Italian pastry/espresso cafes around.
