A substitution a Starbucks barista first suggested to me. This is the first Starbucks which hasn't been able to make it properly, and the barista acted like I was an idiot for informing them that they screwed it up
Came in for some ice and waited and watched while everyone else was served before me. I watched two baristas just stand around and neglect to help me because what I got was free. Watched as another gentleman came in after me and he was served his sandwich before I even got my ice.
Stopped in to buy a gift card and a slice of lemon loaf. Supreme service and the lemon loaf was awesome.
I pressed down a little too hard while trying to put my lid on, and it exploded all over me. The staff was beyond kind and got me all cleaned up and re made my drink. A little love goes a long way thank you!!!
I've been ordering the same drink at Starbucks for over 20 years a tall Latte in a grande cup with whip. I spend a fortune there often going more than once a day. They've always charged me at the tall price being that the tall drink only has 1 shot. Saturday, my 2nd visit of the day) I was told they had to charge me for a Grande $1 more) from $4.25 to now $5.25. I explained I had been ordering the same drink for 20 years had just purchased one a couple hours ago at the tall price. I was told the new Manager Chad Real just made the new rule, when he noticed my purchase. They could have cared less I was a 20 year customer. Well, Chad Real you just cost your store about $600 a month! I won't be back, ever. Bye
