I can't tell them how delicious these restaurants are. I never had an Indian food so good. we had the butter chicken (from this world), the chicken saag, and the appetizer chicken pieces (which were only delicious). the sauces are so well made. just so good. this rest gives them great orders. I had to call the manager and tell him how good it was, that's how good it is! if they want to decide, go with this restaurant. the other is that we have ordered it from uber eats and it was in the house in minutes. no sweat. amazing!
Five of us. start, main course and dessert with drinks. what a solid. sublime curries. large beer and exquisite mango ice cream. this place is our local visit to the restaurant for a great evening. the service was impeccable. our server wrote nothing down and got each order including who ordered what) right. most impressive round.
From us with very different taste and flavor levels had an excellent evening here. eating is undoubtedly some of the best Indian food in the city. the beer at a pint is a stealing and very appreciated. I had listed the first vegetarian curries and it was heavenly. Chicken korma and a spicy Prawn court kept my co-eater very happy. we had pilao rice and naan and everything was quickly served and exquisitely cooked. the waitress took a very complicated order and read it back to confirm that she had it right. she had! When she brought this to dinner, she knew who ordered something. most impressive. on every account. thank you for a super evening.
Video review on youtube: vancity food crew indian oven . I tried this place on a quiet Wednesday evening. The restaurant was pretty much empty, but a friend recommended this place. I got the butter chicken meal set, it comes with rice and naan. The...butter chicken tastes like campbell's tomato soup. I couldn't get over it. I don't know if it was a bad batch or that was the way they did it, it was sour and you can't taste any Indian spices. I award it two stars instead of one because the rice and naan were fine. I wouldn't return to try other dishes because of the uncertainty.
