Phat Royal Centre - Vancouver

Great bagels, authentic Montreal smoked meat, AND 49th parallel coffee! Excellent service - the owner remembers everyone. They even cater.

I ate here a total of three times while in Vancouver including for breakfast and lunch. The food is very good at all meal.s The Ruben sandwich was great with a generous helping of corned beef that left me full. I also had their chili which was full of meat and very good. The staff is very friendly and the cook knew us by sight on our 2nd visit. Which helps you feel welcome.

I think they have the best smoked meat in town. You have to have it warm and its lean and melts in your mouth. I'm glad they appear to have made it in their Royal Centre location. There is a good variety on their menu. The Phat club salad is fantastic with ripe avacado bacon egg olives etc. It is large enough to share and much better eating it in then take out.

Helping, even for small, is large! Ordered two for two adults, had to doggybag one! Sitting in the mall, was comfortable. Service was great! No one hurries you. Nice place for business lunch!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and came upon this little cafe just a few steps from the lobby, in the Royal Centre. We had a wonderful and delicious breakfast that filled us up until late afternoon! The owner and staff were very friendly - a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
