The food served here is really awesome but a little bit expensive. The ambience is really nice to hang out. Soups and chinese is must to have here.
Awesome ambience, good food. There is a scope to improve the service. Good place to try out new things. I tried Veg Tempura along with some mocktails and it was descent.
This place is for those who love trying new dish and are ready to empty their pockets for something new! Iba as the name suggest means Pride in Japanese(this is what one of my Japanese friend said). It's a restaurant which holds significant pride in its Japanese dishes .It also gives options in Thai and European dishes! The place is well arranged and the sitting arrangements is very nice. They have got a shelf of tea flavours and tea pots. Which looks quite attractive (specially for tea lovers) . The staff is polite and have good knowledge about all the dishes. I had gone with the motive of trying Japanese and I can say I fell in love with Japanese food and this place too! I ordered a vegetable tempura (which by the way is the world's favourite snack as per the restaurants menu) It was a fried mixture of different vegetable and Japanese mushroom served with flavoured sauce which was really very good. I also ordered a Gyoza which is Japanese name for momos. It was swallow fried and it was giving a good crispy taste , it would have been better if it was fried for bit longer , the chilly sauce was bit different , positive different. This place also serves good pan fried noodles (indian style) it's gives a indian curry taste spicy amit sour and hot. This dish also gets a thumps up! The service timing was average. I would suggest this place for a good quite date. P.S. I guess I got a 10% BHU discount.
