Contribuer aux commentairesI love this bakery in my opinion it’s the best in North America I spent thousands of dollars over many years buying any of their excellent products sadly since the bakery was sold to Metro grocery chain the store is not the same the service is no longer the same the staff is not trained and the show case is somewhat empty and not very tidy. What happened it’s obvious that the large grocery chain are not able to manage effectively we are very unhappy seeing this changes.
Great spot. Lots of good food, but the decaf coffee is not the best. They make an espresso and then add steaming water, meaning it is too hot to drink right away. I thought the flavour was only so so, but my wife liked it.
I got the raisin, honey and hazelnut sourdough. It tastes really good, you can definitely taste the sourness. It was busy in there but it's worth the wait.Thank you Jenne for being friendly and helpful.
I have been a long time client and supporter of Premiere Moisson. That said I do not know what management is doing to this once great 5 start patisserie. The last two times I was in there, service was below acceptable, the selection of pastries was significantly less than in previous years and the quality of those products was noticeably inferior. Too bad, I will be looking for a new place to go.
Placed an order a week ago for a BD cake for my child and some bread. Came on time, was told it’s not ready, ok, waited 30 minutes, then was given someone’s cake. And, suddenly, they realized that my order wasn’t ready at all! Spent another 30 minutes waiting for them running back and forth. Finally, got it! But they didn’t sliced the bread, as I requested in my order. Could not waste my time anymore, left the bakery with what I was given. Terrible, unorganized, unprofessional, useless employees. It’s simple check the order, put it in the box, give it to the client. Not a rocket science. Good bread, bad employees.
