La Cabana - Venice Beach

Not a hidden jewel for locals, but for all others it sits in a place where it almost looks out of the place and that's good because if you go inside, feel like you have entered another place. Had the table Guac, excellent but expensive choice. Would go back.

Had to ask for water, but very attentive. Cheap good and strong margaritas.

On open table it says that happy hour is til 8pm. that is a lie. they said it was 7pm. i showed them what open table website says. They said they would grant it the one time. Ok..........i need to see that it is changed before i consider going back.

Easily the most delicious tacos I've ever had with freshly made taco shells. Thrilled to have found this place so close to my area. Table side guac was fresh and delicious. I'm not sure that our server smiled once but it was clear he takes pride in what he does and was definitely on top of everything. There was someone assisting him who never gave us his name but he was also very on top of things and anticipated our needs (napkins right when we were planning to ask for more and same with more chips! Plus, $5 valet next door is very reasonable. Will surely be back!

That's a favorite! The food is a bit expensive, but it's always fun to be here. Servers are always friendly!
