Contribuer aux commentairesBeyond the arrogance with which (you can read the restaurateur responds to negative criticism, (and check your grammar, without adding the h 's where they don 't belong... , and beyond the presumption of knowing everything and telling imaginative stories on the fish you offer that cannot be found elsewhere and other lies thinking you were a tourist passing through, rather than a resident, the pretense of offering pseudo-gourmet dishes with risky combinations to say the least to justify truly stellar prices for the products offered remains... . having said this and given the unpleasant arrogance of the answers, feel free to vent your arrogance in response, but remember that people are not stupid, and a classy and elegant restaurateur, even in the most negative criticism, never stoops to saying how ask everyone phrases like we 're happy that you won 't be coming back or similar concepts expressed with different words for dissatisfied customers: a true restaurateur who has a high-rise or low-rise restaurant, always responds politely and never snubs anyone, least of all a dissatisfied, indeed, he intends to offer a better service in the future.... but I think I 'm talking about quantum physics to those who are at auctions, but you hear Stephen Hawking.... After an afternoon spent in the enchanting Calanova bay, a romantic and high-class dinner was the ideal combination for an unforgettable day. The location on the beach is magical and the food with French influence made everything perfect. Non-obvious and interesting menu accompanied by an equally valid wine list. Beautiful location, friendly staff but the fried squid with vegetables had a lot of vegetables but few squid... the price would have required more fish...
We had lunch yesterday.... we were welcomed by a very kind landlady (allow me), the girl in charge of table service who was truly prepared and courteous. We ate more than well....must try their mixed fried fish (not at all greasy and just the right amount), the snapper tartare and the fillet always with snapper with spectacular double cooking, I forgot about the rice with prawn tartare and a tiramisu revisited accompanied by excellent white wine recommended by them. You will be served excellent bread of their own production with a variety of flavors (cumin, tomato and squid ink focaccia). Some may perhaps object to the prices...but I believe that when it comes to quality, accompanied by kindness, courtesy and professionalism in a very peaceful atmosphere, everything is worth it!!! We will certainly return and for now we thank all the people in the restaurant and the beach service staff who made our stay on this beach special . THANK YOU!!!!!
