Contribuer aux commentairesDuring our time in Vicenza this was the only less than stellar experience we had. The curt waitress took our order. After a long wait one dish arrived before our drinks and water had been server. I asked the waitress about our water and she just glared at me and ignored what I had said. I had to flag down the manager to finally get water and drinks. I ordered the spaghetti and vongole. It had exactly four clam shells in it and was very salty. My partner had the pizza with culatello (which is always good) but the crust was quite bland. They need to take some of the salt from the spaghetti and put it in their pizza dough. There are definitely better restaurant options in Vicenza.
Vicenza on a Monday is a quiet place but a few restaurants are open. We looked at a few, some seemed over priced or not suitable for our diets GF Diabetic .then we found this one , what a find ! Service excelent, food superb , they catered without issue for my wifes GF needs , GF gnocchi in duck ragout was a knock out dish . Two courses each with drinks no wine for euro 77. Great quality, great value.
Do not recommend. OVOSODO appears to be badly understaffed. No host and restaurant could not find my reservation. I was ultimately seated but then left entirely alone (not even a drink order! for over 30 minutes before I finally gave up and left.
Locale molto carino. Menù molto particolare. Pizza buona e leggera.
