Boston Pizza - Victoria

EXTREMELY disappointed with the service n the whole experience here today.. been here for an hour n 20 minutes now and the ravioli was uncooked when it arrived but before that my friend's order arrived and mine arrived 10 minutes later.. I had to send my food back .. Now still waiting.. Came to Victoria for a 2 day trip to see how its like here but this experience was not something I'd be looking back at with pleasure. EXTREMELY disappointed and so far there wasn't a manager to come and apologize for the inconvenience and we r charged full price for the food with thr restaurant being not busy and kitchen staff slow...

We went to celebrate a friendship anniversary, we order a pepperoni, mushroom,mozzarella tomato and the new carnivore, Erin T) our waitress was awesome great personality and amazing server. When we told her we were celebrating she gave us a free dessert choco-brownie that was...so yummy. We have a great time. P.S. I had to order a cheesecake just because.

One of the better Boston Pizza locations. Food was hot and good portions. Service was really good, server was very friendly. Place was clean and comfortable. We will be back when in Victoria.

I had a beef dip, which was really good. Much cheaper than ordering room service. Ordered online, gives you a choice of delivery time which is accurate. Food arrived, hot, fries were still crispy, wish they would deliver coffee but understandable! Will absolutely use again when visiting. Ordered again the second night.

It's been a long time since we ate a boston pizza because we naturally connect it to pizza. Anyway, we needed a quick bite, so we stayed here. we enjoyed Thai wraps and garden green. we stayed happy!
