Original Joe's - Victoria

We took our elderly mom here for an early lunch. The greeter immediately recognized we needed an easily accessed table right away. We appreciated that. I had the Thai soup special and it was excellent soup! My wife had the West Coast Chop with chicken - thought it used to have a steak option but did not see it this time and didn't ask. All meals excellent, service attentive. Early in the day it was not overly noisy but it can be when it gets packed so maybe not suitable at that point for anyone with hearing issues. We will return.

The food is pretty average here .I haven't had anything that I absolutely have to go back and have again .But my companion absolutely enjoys the Fish Tacos.

Way too noisy and over priced for what you get. When anyone suggest going there I bow out. I'm really not impressed with anything about it. For one thing they use way to much cilantro in some of there items and when you ask them to leave it out they can't accommodate as apparently it's already mixed into whatever the rest of the ingredients are. Not everyone can eat it and it should be an option to leave it out. Haven't been back and never will.

This was a last minute week night stop for us last night. We were very pleased with the service and the food. My husband had a burger and said it was very good. I had a bowl of tomato bacon soup with the most wonderful little pieces of cheese toast. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our server was very efficient and personable. All in all good value for the money. This was our second visit and there will definitely be a third.

Food was delicious and the service was great. Had a special on local beers. My husband got to try a couple of samples before he ordered. My only disappointment was the ladies washroom had two toilets out of service. They only had three toilets in total. For a restaurant this is not acceptable. Other than that I would recommend the restaurant for the food and the friendly wait staff.
