Kaito Sushi Ny - Village of Bronxville

The food is not good at all. The beef teriyaki had no flavor. The rock shrimp tempura was drenched in (I think) French salad dressing. Very odd. The water was nice and cold though.

A restaurant must do two things: first it must give you high quality food. Second, it must give you the food in a smooth and timely manner. The food here is... Good enough. The fish is fresh, although it's certainly not the best in the area. The service is... Awful. It took more than 2 hours an hour to receive everything in a restaurant that wasn't even half full. It seems that they prioritize takeout, which is unacceptable in a restaurant with this setup. I should not be able to watch the sushi chef make different rolls in front of me only for all of them to go in a brown bag and shipped outside of a restaurant. I don't care how good the food is if the servers don't bring it. To add to this, the server barely understood English. This place is extremely unprofessional, and I will make sure not to come here again.

Worst service… meso soup is hot water… such a disappointment…

The best sushi in bronxville by far. Extremely underrated. Try it if you haven’t. Really fresh ingredients and authentic feel.

The food is good here. The atmosphere is kind of ok. Nothing special. Service was a little difficult as the waiter didn 't understand what a club soda or seltzer was. First he brought my friend a Coke then he just brought her water. This was my second visit to Kaito. First visit was for dinner and they were busy so I think the food was better. The second time was for lunch and they weren 't that busy. I 'm sure I 'll be back but I 'll make sure it 's for dinner
